The Ivy Properties represents a fundamental reimagining of student housing — from utilitarian necessity to aspirational lifestyle. My role was to engineer a digital leasing experience worthy of that ambition.
The Vision
JJC Ventures wasn't building dorms. They were building "Sophisticated Spaces for Ambitious Students." The website needed to speak to two distinct audiences simultaneously — the student seeking prestige and the parent demanding security — without compromising the luxury narrative for either.
The Execution
I designed a dual-intelligence information architecture: lifestyle photography and amenity storytelling for the student, safety credentials and operational transparency for the parent. A custom CMS powers real-time availability updates for the 2026-2027 academic year across boutique collections like 'Santa Fe' and 'Violet' — turning the site into the property's most reliable leasing agent. Tour booking and direct contact flows were engineered for minimum friction, compressing the time between digital discovery and signed lease.
