The Process
In the rapidly evolving and highly competitive world of software, where numerous tech brands often blur together and struggle to maintain a distinct presence, it is crucial for companies to establish a unique and memorable identity. Sho-Soft, a software company facing this challenge, recognized the importance of differentiating itself in the market. To achieve this, Sho-Soft sought to develop a clear and confident brand identity that effectively communicated its capabilities and strengths. The company aimed to move away from the generic and overused aesthetic commonly associated with Software as a Service (SaaS) providers. By doing so, Sho-Soft intended to create a strong and lasting impression on its target audience, ensuring that it stood out in the crowded tech landscape and resonated with potential customers on a deeper level.
The Execution
Distinct and considered. I built a clean, modern system with a clear hierarchy that made the product's value legible and gave the brand a recognizable visual point of view. This included custom argyle shapes that provided vibrance to the site, reflecting the notion events aren't supposed to be cookie-cutter.
The Impact
I implemented a feature-to-benefit translation framework — every platform capability was communicated through the lens of operator outcome, not technical function. Interface demos were integrated contextually, allowing prospects to experience the product's simplicity before committing to a sign-up. The information hierarchy was engineered to move users from problem recognition to solution confidence in a single scroll.
