The Vision
The modern parent is exhausted by noise — toxic ingredients, cluttered feeds, overwrought branding. Mushie's entire value proposition is simplicity and safety. The site needed to be the brand's most powerful proof point: if the website feels chaotic, the product promise collapses.
The Execution
I implemented a restraint-first design philosophy: expansive white space, a tightly curated color system pulled directly from the product palette, and typography that communicated softness without sacrificing hierarchy. Product storytelling was structured around the safety narrative first, the aesthetic second — matching how parents actually make purchasing decisions. The e-commerce architecture was optimized for discovery, reducing the path from landing to checkout.
